Can I change plans later?
Absolutely! You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your Settings page. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate any charges.
Can I switch from monthly to annual billing?
Yes! You can switch between monthly and annual billing anytime from your Settings page. When switching to annual, you'll save 17% compared to monthly billing.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and many international cards through our secure Stripe payment processing.
Is there a family or team discount?
Each account covers your whole family. With Plus, up to 20 people can send memories, and everyone can see and comment at no cost. One subscription, the whole family.
What happens to my photos if I cancel?
Your memories are safe! On the free plan you keep view and download access to everything forever, and you can still add up to 100 new memories every month. Come back to Plus anytime for unlimited saving, longer videos and AI search.
