What happens after my trial ends?
Your 30-day trial gives you full access to Pro features. After it ends, you'll automatically be moved to the Free tier. You can upgrade anytime to restore full access.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely! You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your Settings page. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate any charges.
Can I switch from monthly to annual billing?
Yes! You can switch between monthly and annual billing anytime from your Settings page. When switching to annual, you'll save 17% compared to monthly billing.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and many international cards through our secure Stripe payment processing.
Is there a family or team discount?
Each account supports multiple contributors! With Plus, you get up to 10 contributors, and Pro gives you up to 20. One subscription covers your whole family or team.
What happens to my photos if I cancel?
Your memories are safe! On the Free tier, you can still view and download all your photos. You just can't add new ones via WhatsApp until you re-subscribe.
